Each class features an international culinary cook who will lead a hands-on cooking class while sharing about the culture and people from whom these dishes originate. The evening begins with a warm welcome and a glass of herbal tea or hot coffee. You’ll be introduced to the seasonal vegetables, fresh herbs, and meats used in the dishes, along with guidance on where to source these ingredients for future cooking. From there, we’ll head into the kitchen for an interactive, hands-on cooking demonstration. After cooking, enjoy a family-style dinner while our chef shares stories about the people group and region represented in the meal. The evening concludes with a cup of hot tea and a prepared dessert for you to enjoy. All participants will leave full, inspired, and equipped with items to recreate the experience at home. Class size is limited to 10 participants.
